EROGENOS will make every effort to ship orders
quickly - normally the same business day. However, for merchandise
orders out of stock, your order may take up to 2 weeks to complete.
All customers with out of stock orders will be notified
via email.
All orders shipped within the United States will be sent
via USPS Priority Mail Service. This service is economical
offering speed and reliability.
For U.S. domestic orders charges start at $4.00.
In almost all cases, we will utilize the US Priority Mail
system. For express shipping, we utilize US Express Mail
service and a surcharge applies. In some cases (depending
on location), US Express Mail only guarantees a 2nd day

we will exchange them or apply a credit towards your next
order provided that you return them to us unworn and
unwashed, with all labels intact within 2 weeks of receipt
of merchandise.
Please note that Postage charges will not be refunded in
the case of a return. In some cases, additional postage
may be required for shipping of exchanged items.
