Credit Card processing is done via Authorize.NET (secured site). We currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AND AMERICAN EXPRESS. We also accept payments through PAYPAL. We will accept Money Orders through mail as well in US Dollars.

We ship daily including Saturdays and orders will be processed as soon as possible. (normally same day shipping on all orders received by 3pm EST).

Claims - errors in orders should be received within 10 days of receipt of goods. Claims made after 10 days may not be honored.
Returns - Underwear/Apparel may be returned for exchange or store credit provided all items are unworn, have all tags intact, and are in a condition for resale. EROGENOS will extend a credit for returned merchandise towards another purchase for items accepted for return. In the case of manufacturer's defects, the customer can request a refund or exchange for other items. Send all packages to:
