Credit Card processing is done via Authorize.NET (secured
site). We currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AND AMERICAN
EXPRESS. We also accept payments through PAYPAL. We will accept Money Orders through mail as well. We no longer accept personal checks.

Orders will be processed as soon as possible. (normally same
day or next for orders in stock) For orders that are not in
stock, allow approximately three-four weeks for delivery.
Claims - errors in orders should be received within 10 days of receipt of goods. Claims made after 10 days may not be honored.
Returns - Underwear/Apparel may not be returned except in the case of manufacturer's defects. In this case, we will replace damaged or irregular items as soon as possible. EROGENOS will extend a credit for returned merchandise towards another purchase for items accepted for return. In the case of manufacturer's defects, the customer can request a refund or exchange for other items. Send all packages to:
