How can I place an order?

How can I cancel/adjust my order?
Please contact us at 404-351-1440 to cancel or adjust your order. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any order questions, issues, or requests.
In most cases we can adjust or cancel the order before it leaves our warehouse. You will need to contact our customer support center.
**Credits/Refunds can take up to 2-4 business days to post to your card depending on the type of card and issuing bank.
How can I pay for an order?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and PayPal, as well as Check/Money Orders in US funds**

Am I subject to Sales tax or Import Duties?
All merchandise is shipped from Atlanta, Georgia. All shipments delivered to Georgia addresses are subject to the applicable sales tax.
Import taxes and custom fees may be imposed by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us with any additional questions.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
We do offer Gift Certificates in values ranging from $25 to $300. We have a link available in our site footer to complete the purchase.
How will my order be shipped?
We will ship your order via the United States Postal Service. We ship United States Postal Service to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
-We offer free shipping options on all U.S. orders. (Current Promotion)
-Priority Mail option approximates 2-3 business days for delivery to most U.S. locations. **
-Express mail is a 1 or 2 business day delivery time frame through the U.S. Postal service (Domestic Only) depending on location.
-All orders placed by 3pm EST ship same day.
For international orders, we ship via USPS First Class International, Priority International, or Express Mail International options.
-First Class International service delivers in approximately 2-4 weeks. Times are approximations as actual delivery times will vary based on actions by customs and postal partners in different countries. Curent Promotion offers Free Shipping for International Orders > $75.00.
-We also offer Priority Mail and Express Mail International options. The services feature tracking and insurance. The upgraded services deliver to most countries in 5-9 business days.
How do packages appear when shipped?
All packages are shipped discreetly in plain poly-mailer packaging in most cases. There are no stickers or promotional slogans on the packaging other than those of the carrier. Our return address company name will appear as E R G.
Do you ship to APO addresses and PO Boxes?
Yes. We ship to APO and PO Box addresses using the US Postal Service shipping options.
How do I return something?
*To return an item, please refer to our Return Policy to make sure that the item(s) meet our returns criteria and instructions.
We offer the guarantee that if you’re dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or apply a credit towards your next order provided that you return them to us unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact within 8 weeks of receipt of merchandise.** We do not refund postage incurred for items returned to us. We do NOT issue credit card refunds - only exchanges and store credits.
**Closeout/ Clearance Items that are marked for FINAL SALE are not eligible for return without authorization from our Customer Service staff.

Please include a copy of your packing slip or a short note identifying what item(s) you would like in exchange if known. Otherwise we can maintain the store credit on file until your next order.
Once I send back my return/exchange, how long does it take for the credit to appear on my account?
Once we recieve your return, it may take up to 2 weeks to process. Once processed, we will email to advise you that your account has been updated to reflect a store credit (OR) your exchange has been processed and shipped.

Erogenos.com operates entirely online and does not currently have any retail locations. To view our latest products, please visit our complete catalog on the website.
